Getting Started & Using the App

Need a little help understanding how to apply? This guide explains how to register, log in, and start using the app as a driver or delivery driver. Follow the steps below to complete your setup and begin accepting trips or deliveries.

Step 1 — Create Your Account

  • Click the Login or Sign Up button on the website or app
  • Choose Register if you are a new user
  • Enter your name and contact details
  • Verify your phone number or email with the code sent to you
  • Create a secure password
  • Select your role: Driver or Delivery Driver

Step 2 — Register as a Driver

  • Choose Driver Registration to accept ride requests
  • Upload a valid driver’s license
  • Upload vehicle registration
  • Upload insurance document
  • Upload profile photo and required ID
  • Make sure all images are clear and fully visible
  • Submit and wait for profile approval

Step 3 — Register as a Delivery Driver

  • Choose Delivery Driver to complete deliveries
  • Submit your ID document
  • Submit license if required
  • Add vehicle details if applicable
  • Upload a clear profile photo
  • Requests will appear after approval when you go online

Step 4 — Logging In and Going Online

  • Log in with your registered phone or email and password
  • Allow location access
  • Check that internet connection is active
  • Tap Go Online when you are ready to work

Step 5 — Accepting Requests

  • Review pickup and drop-off locations
  • Check estimated distance and payment
  • Accept only when you are ready
  • Avoid frequent cancellations

Step 6 — Navigation and Completing Trips or Deliveries

  • Use in-app navigation to reach pickup
  • Confirm rider or package details
  • Start the trip or delivery in the app
  • Follow the suggested route

Step 7 — Service and Professional Standards

  • Keep your vehicle clean
  • Communicate clearly and politely
  • Confirm names and order details
  • Follow safety and traffic rules
  • Maintain professional behavior

Common Issues and Quick Fixes

  • Not receiving requests: check internet, location, and online status
  • Restart the app if requests are not appearing
  • If a document is rejected, upload a clearer photo
  • If navigation is incorrect, refresh or reopen the map
