Driver ratings help maintain accountability and service standards across the platform. If you believe a rating was entered incorrectly, you may be able to request a review.

Requesting a Rating Adjustment

Submit the trip details along with your reason for requesting the change. Rating updates may only be available within a certain timeframe after the trip ends.
